If there is a problem with an item please contact us to work it out before leaving feedback. If we make a mistake in the listing we will make it right. If there is another problem we will assess the problem and at our discrection we may offer a replacement or store credit. The only time a cash refund will be granted is if we make a mistake in the listing.
